Before the pit bull deluge in my neighborhood, I can think of only one intact male pet that I'd seen in the the previous 5 years at least.
ReplyDeleteIt is unbelievable. And pit bull owners won't be responsible even if you give them handouts.
This humane society got a grant to neuter pit bulls, and they can't spend the money.
